ACWD Financial Information

ACWD operates on a fiscal-year that runs from July 1st through June 30th.

Detailed monthly financial data (cash-based) is included on the Treasurer's report in the meeting agenda packets & approved minutes.

ACWD's day-to-day bookkeeping is done in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The district's independant auditors convert the financial data to Government Accounting Standards at the end of each fiscal year (see audit reports linked in sidebar).

In compliance with state law, ACWD provides income and expense information to the State Controller's office annually.

Alleghany County Water District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
